Pride Victory 10 Mobility Scooter
It's was used twice for about 15 mins. each time; otherwise unused. Charger was barely used, so still in excellent condition. I didn't keep the batteries charged because I had no use for it, so now they need to be replaced. It won't run till then.
How to know it will work with new batteries:
You can see that the charger works & will charge good batteries once they are installed. Plugging the charger into an outlet & connecting it to the scooter, will completely power up everything like it's supposed to. It just won't hold the charge once the charger is disconnected; because the batteries are dead.
