This is a vintage Car Quest Magazine advertising Summer Nationals 2001 St. Paul,Mn. keychain tire with a white snap and a light weight poncho inside.The wheel measures 2 1/2" in diameter and 2" wide and twist to open and reveal poncho which has never been opened or used. The condition is excellent and cash at time of pick up.
